Paulina Paga is the Management Board Representative for Sustainable Development and Head of the ESG Team at Polskie Porty Lotnicze S.A., responsible for designing and implementing a systemic approach to ESG, strategic in nature and directly linked to the company’s key transformation processes. She holds an MBA from the French Institute of Management and has over 13 years of international experience in sustainable development, gained in the private, non-governmental, and public sectors. She has collaborated with initiatives such as the Actors of Urban Change network led by the Robert Bosch Foundation and European Commission initiatives (European New Bauhaus), leading projects based on systems-based work, cross-sector dialogue, and designing transformation architecture.
At PPL S.A., she is responsible for implementing the ESG Strategy, leading the Sustainable Development Council, overseeing the work of the regional ESG Working Committees, and integrating activities within a silo structure. During nearly two years of collaboration with PPL S.A., she led the organization from declarative to operational ESG management, supported by a non-financial reporting process involving nearly 100 people across the organization. She oversees the development of the Decarbonization Strategy, taking into account PPL S.A.’s commitment to building the SAF market in Poland. Her team is responsible for preparing PPL S.A. and its subsidiaries for ESG reporting, as well as strengthening the company’s operational resilience through the implementation of Sustainable Development standards.
