Patryk Świrski is a Polish manager with over 20 years of experience managing companies in the energy, industrial, and public transport sectors, as well as local government companies. A graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice, he specializes in operational management, organizational transformation, and the implementation of infrastructure and investment projects of strategic importance for business development.
In his professional career, he focuses on building modern management models, increasing operational efficiency, and implementing innovative technological solutions that support organizational development. He has experience in leading restructuring processes, optimizing business processes, and managing operational teams in complex organizations.

He serves as the Company’s Strategy 2030 Implementation Representative, whose goals include the company’s technological transformation, the development of future competencies, and building a strong position for SEFAKO in the field of modern energy, industrial, and environmental solutions.
