A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking, she has been a speaker and panelist at industry events and conferences, including Impact CEE, the European Financial Congress, the European Economic Congress, and EFMA Amsterdam. She has over 20 years of management experience in the financial industry. She has worked in the lending sector with the International Personal Finance group, in retail banking with the KBC group, and in the media industry with the German Bertelsmann AG group.
She gained her experience in building and implementing business development and digital transformation strategies, as well as introducing new product lines. She was responsible for the development of modern sales and customer service channels, their integration with traditional channels, and the development of the offer and its adaptation to digital channels. She led initiatives in customer and market segmentation, shaping the offer and service focused on the customer experience.
She has been with mLeasing since May 2023, where she is responsible for products, processes, and remote channels. Additionally, from the supervisory board level, he directly supervises the Asekum and LeaseLink companies.
