Katarzyna Lipka has over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. She manages a team of consultants specializing in various real estate sectors and aspects related to sustainable development. Throughout her career, Katarzyna has coordinated numerous projects, including feasibility studies, property use analyses, and strategic consulting for public sector entities and tenants (location strategies, portfolio optimization, and sales strategies).
She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (MSc in Finance and Banking) and completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology, and in ESG and sustainable development at the Kozminski University and the University of Cambridge.
