Anna Panek is a board member of Soonly Finance, responsible for HR and Administration, and president of the Soonly Foundation. She has over 20 years of HR experience in the financial, pharmaceutical, and FMCG industries. She graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow with a degree in Human Resources Management and is a doctoral candidate at Kozminski University, specializing in Talent Management.
She is passionate about authentic leadership in organizations and unlocking social energy. She puts these concepts into practice at the Soonly Foundation, whose primary goals are to support employee initiatives and economic education. Due to her profession and personal interests, she closely monitors the impact of AI and future skills on the Polish labor market.
