Prof. Witold M. Orłowski, PhD, DSc, is a Professor of Economics at Vistula University and the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. He serves as the Chief Economic Adviser at PwC Poland and lectures at various universities in Poland and abroad. In the past, he was Head of the Economic Advisory Council to President Aleksander Kwaśniewski, a member of the National Development Council under the President of Poland, and the Government Economic Council. He is the author of 16 books and over 200 scientific publications, as well as a well-known economic commentator and columnist for major Polish newspapers.
